MATT HILL CONTINUES TO ROLL IN CRATE MODELS
Derek Magee led the first four laps of the 15-lap Crate Model feature. Mike Wilson held second until Matt Hill came through the top five into second on lap three. Hill got under Magee who got loose and spun in the second turn to bring out the yellow.
Hill was the new leader with Sparky White climbing to second. Tyler Reed had lost and engine in his heat and was in White’s backup car in the main. Reed started in the rear and was up to third at halfway. The order would remain unchanged to the checkered with Hill getting his eighth win of the year. White and Reed finished in second and third with Robbie Walls, Jr. fourth and Steven Baker fifth. Heats were won by Walls, Jr. and Hill.
