Top 10 Finish With CCSDS at Batesville

Returning with the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS), Austin Theiss was one of 26 Super Late Models signed in at Batesville Motor Speedway (Batesville, Arkansas) on Friday night for the $2,000 top prize. Starting the night off with a heat race win, Theiss earned the 4th-starting position for the feature. Hanging on to a Top-10 finish, Austin scored a 10th place spot in the 30-lap affair.

On Saturday night the CCSDS joined the Lucas Oil MLRA Series for the co-sanctioned event at Legit Speedway Park (West Plains, Missouri). Coming in 8th in his heat race, Austin transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the $3,000-to-win A-Main. Sending the Top-5 into the show, Theiss fell short with a 7th place outing.
