On Wednesday evening at Davenport Speedway (Davenport, Iowa) on the quarter-mile oval, Duty followed up a fifth-place finish in his heat with a second-place finish in his B-Main behind Chris Simpson. Losing one spot in the 40-lap feature, Justin logged a 21st-place outing.
