Duty races to sixth-place finish in Diamond Nationals at Wheatland
Saturday night found Justin Duty in action at Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Mo.) for the 15th annual CMH Diamond Nationals. With 34 Late Models entered for the event co-sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) and the Lucas Oil MLRA, Justin followed up the fifth fastest time in his group with a third-place finish in his heat. Starting the $15,000-to-win A-Main in 10th, Duty passed four cars in the 50-lapper to register an impressive sixth-place finish. (Todd Boyd photo)
On Sunday evening, Duty stopped at Randolph County Raceway (Moberly, Mo.) for the inaugural Weiner Nationals. With a fourth-place finish in his heat race pinning him 10th on the starting grid for the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Justin clawed forward three spots to place seventh.
