Bad luck strikes in MLRA event at Lake Ozark Speedway

After Mother Nature washed out Friday’s opener, Justin Duty returned with the Lucas Oil Midwest LateModel Racing Association (MLRA) on Saturday night for the Battle at the Beach at Lake Ozark Speedway (Eldon, Mo.). In a field of 26 cars, Duty clocked in second fastest overall before placing second in his heat race. Locked into the fifth-starting position for the $7,000-to-win A-Main, Justin was an early retiree from the 40-lapper on the 17th circuit. (Mike Musslin photo)

Justin is currently sixth in the latest Lucas Oil MLRA point standings.
