Momentum Suspensions Finds Victory in Tucson
Posted at momentumracingsuspensions.com:
Momentum Suspension didn’t take long to find its way into victory lane as Joshua Hodges took his Momentum Suspension 74x to the top on Saturday night October 1, 2011.
Starting his night with a heat race win, the re-draw found the Tijeras, NM racer in sixth when the green flag dropped for the night’s 25 lap feature event. From the drop of the green, it was constant forward motion as Hodges rolled the bottom according to his Father and Crew Chief Jack Hodges.
According to the elder Hodges, when everyone else would get tight and push in the middle of the corner Josh never lifted. Even in lapped traffic, where Josh has had problems this year, the addition of Momentum Racing Suspension technology gave Josh confidence knowing that the car would go where he wanted it to, when he wanted it to.
According to a post by Josh on his website (www.joshhodgesracing.com), “When I got to the bumpers of lap cars, I was able to move the Mesilla Valley Transportation, ButlerBuilt Seating car around and get by quickly.”
He concluded by stating, “Everything worked out and we were able to get into victory lane powered by Wesmar and with great handling on the new Momentum Racing Suspensions Shocks. A big thank you to all the fans that stuck out the rain and stayed for the race, and another thank you to Brad Benic who helped us get our season turned around of late.”
Jack Hodges added that Josh was able to lap up to 7th place.
