Schedule/Results (All)

Basic overview of the schedule/results management for driver, track, and association websites and MRP Profiles.

Schedules

The schedule look up page is located under the "Schedule Look Up" tab of the Schedule/Results management section. You can get to the schedules tab by selecting Schedule/Results > Schedule Lookup from the top admin menu.

Schedule Overview

A schedule is a grouping of racing events for a particular period. This grouping can be an entire year, speed week, or organizational. Each schedule consists of a year, name, and description.

Year

This is used in archiving past schedules. Select the year that a majority of the racing events will happen in.

Name

The name of your schedule. There is no need to type a year in this field. The System will automatically add the selected year to the name section when displaying your schedule. This can be something descriptive like "Huset's Racing Schedule" or "Northwest Speedweek"

Description

The description can give your viewers a little more information about the schedule.

Editing Schedules

To edit a schedule click the paper and pencil icon under the "Edit" column of the current schedules table. This will bring open an Edit Schedule window. Make any necessary edits here and click "Save" at the bottom to save your changes. Close the Edit window and the page will reload to show your changes

Active/Stats Columns

The active at stats properties tell the system how to treat your schedule on the front side.

Active

If active is a green check the schedule will be shown to your viewers. If it is a red circle the schedule will be hidden.

Stats

If the stats icon is a green check the schedule will be included in your website/profile's feeds. These feeds include:
*Upcoming Events
*Latest Results
*Driver Stats (available on a driver's site)

Clicking any of the Active or Stats icon will toggle the status.

Deleting a Schedule

A schedule can only be deleted if it contains NO events.
Clicking the red X icon under the "Trash" column will prompt if your sure. If so click the "OK" button and the schedule will be deleted.

Viewing a Schedule

Clicking on a schedule name in the Current Schedules table will open the Events tab with events filtered by the selected schedule.
