Ransomville Speedway Hosts Registration Meeting to Start 2024 Season

RANSOMVILLE, NY (February 3, 2024) Ransomville Speedway hosted a drivers registration meeting for both the Friday night stock car program and Thursday night go-kart program on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at the Ransomville Fire Hall.

General Manager Dave DiPietro Sr along with other speedway staff and management were on hand answering questions and getting all drivers signed up for the 2024 racing season.

There will be a new divisional sponsor for the Friday night racing program, the DIRTcar Sportsman will now be known as the Stirling Lubricants DIRTcar Sportsman. Special thanks to Steve Stirling and his staff for all their support of racing at Ransomville and beyond. Returning divisional sponsors include Krown Undercoating (358 Modifieds), Ki Po Chevrolet (Street Stocks), Sunflowers of Sanborn (Mini Stocks), and Kevin’s Carpet Cleaning (Novice Sportsman). Track rentals will be available on Saturday’s during the season. Please contact the speedway office for more information.

The Thursday night Little R go-kart program has a new presenting sponsor. The Thursday night racing will now be called the Performance Manufacturing Karting Series. With the sponsorship from Performance Manufacturing, there will be a new kart chassis raffle that will take place. There are new and returning divisional sponsors for the Thursday night program at the Little R. Bud’s Apple Pie will be the new divisional sponsor for the Jr 2 program. Reid’s Drive In is the new Novice division sponsor. Returning sponsors include Frontier Auto Wrecking (Jr 3), Fisher’s Auto Repair (Sr Lites) and Mike Barry Motors (Sr Heavy). Announcements for the Little R also include a new raised platform on the back straightaway for track officials, as well as two new light poles in the infield for better lighting for around the Little R. It was announced that there will also be a Facebook page that will be Little R focused.

There will be new apparel for both the Big R and Little R specifically with divisional sponsors as part of the design.
