The Sweetheart Set for 411 Motor Speedway on Saturday, February 19

SEYMOUR, TENN. (February 13, 2020)- 411 Motor Speedway in Seymour, TN is set to present the Sweetheart event on Saturday February 19 and will be headlined by Super Late Models racing for $5,000 to win and $450 to start.

In addition, 411 Motor Speedway and Duck River Raceway Park (which host the Winterfest event on Sunday February 20) have teamed up for the weekend and will offer bonuses to a couple of divisions in action at both venues. There will be a $1,000 bonus if the same driver wins the Super Late Model feature events at 411 Motor Speedway and Duck River Raceway Park and a $500 bonus if the same driver wins the 604 Late Model feature events at 411 Motor Speedway and Duck River Raceway Park.

The Sweetheart race takes place at 411 Motor Speedway on Saturday February 19 and will feature Super Late Models (Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Series/CT Promotions officiated) racing for $5,000 to win. Joining the Super Late Models at the Sweetheart at 411 Motor Speedway on Saturday February 19 will be 604 Late Models ($1,000 to win), Sportsman ($800 to win), B-Hobby ($500 to win), Taz/Gap Street Stocks ($500 to win), and Bang Bangers (411 FWD) ($500 to win). Pits will open at 9:00 a.m. and the general admission area will open at 11:00 a.m. The drivers meeting will be at 12:30 p.m. and on-track activities will begin immediately following the drivers meeting. All times listed are Eastern time. Ticket prices at 411 Motor Speedway on Saturday February 19 in the general admission area will be $20, with children ages 12 and under $5. Pit passes and tier parking passes are $35, with children ages 12 and under $5.

The Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Series/CT Promotions will officiate the Super Late Model portion of the weekend’s racing events and will run under their rules and procedures. There will be no entry fee. The Super Late Model tire rule will be as follows: Left Rear/Fronts-Hoosier 1350 or American Racer 48; Right Rear-Hoosier 1350, Hoosier 1600 or American Racer 48 or American Racer 56; (NO 29.0 size tires on the left rear; there is NO droop rule and 2021 series rules apply). The same four tires must be used for time trials and last chance heats, while one new tire will be allowed for the feature event. Transponders for timing/scoring purposes MUST be rented from the track. There is no entry fee for Super Late Models.
