Night 1 of the 3rd Annual Mod Wars Comes to an Early End as Rain Moves In.

Ogilvie, MN (July 13) - Night 1 of the 3rd Annual Mod Wars came to an early end on Thursday night as Mother Nature unleashed a soaking on the Big O. With 130 drivers checked in for the event, fans were able to see nearly all the heats completed before the weather took a turn. The track crew did their best to work the track back into a raceable surface, however it was too much rain in a short time.

With nearly all heats complete, the remainder of Thursday Night's program will be completed on Friday evening before the Friday event begins. Pits and Grandstands will open at 3:00pm and drivers will be able to begin drawing at that same time. Draw will remain open until 6:15, and any driver that has a heat or B-feature to race is encouraged to draw as soon as it's open. Racing will begin at 5:00pm with the conclusion of Heats, B-features and Feature races with Friday's portion of the program beginning at approximately 7:00pm.

Fans in attendance Friday night can bring their wristbands from Thursday night and get in for just $10.00. Otherwise General Admission will be $25.00 for adults and Pit Admission will be $40.00.
