Monster Mayhem Postponed at Ohio Valley Speedway
After all day rain on Friday including flash flood warnings and with more rain expected throughout the weekend as a cold-front rolls through the Ohio Valley, the management of the Ohio Valley Speedway in coordination with the Monster Truck Racing League have made the difficult decision to postpone the 1st ever visit by the Monster Trucks. Previously scheduled for Saturday Night, May 29th a suitable reschedule date is currently being worked on by both the Ohio Valley Speedway and the Monster Truck Racing League. Those with advance tickets for this date will be refunded.
We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing all the race fans in a couple of weeks on Friday, June 11th for DRIVERS APPRECIATION NIGHT featuring the Steel Block Late Model Series, Las Trancas Super Late Models, UMP Modifieds, Pike Street Lanes Sportmods, Bill’s Auto Salvage SCDRA 4 Cylinders and Mike’s Auto Body WRA Mini Wedges. Racers get your buddies to the ‘Valley’ as the division with the most cars run for $2,000 to win, 2nd highest runs for double start money, and 3rd highest runs first the following week.
