Ohio Valley Speedway is a fast paper clip 3/8's mile speedway located just south of Lubeck West Virginia. Opened in 1958 it has a lot of history in the dirt racing community with the likes of Hall of famer Mike Balzano and Steve Shaver cutting their teeth on the hallowed grounds.
