(Kansas City, Kansas) United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) drivers will make their way to Lakeside Speedway on Friday evening for the Seventh-Annual Spring Sizzler. For USMTS drivers, the event pays a whopping $10,000 to win and $700 to start!

Terry Phillips and Rodney Sanders are both touring regulars with several wins at the speedway. Jake O’Neil and Lucas Schott have also recorded victories at the track along with weekly racer Nic Bidinger.

According to the latest USMTS Standings, Phillips leads the way over a Dereck Ramirez and Sanders. Tanner Mullens and O’Neil round out the top five. Phillips has two victories on the year while multiple-time champion Sanders has scored once but leads the way in top-ten finishes, going six-for-six in that category.
