Two support divisions were on hand for the unplanned two-day event at Delaware International Speedway. In the Delmarva Chargers it was all Tanner Marvel that would lead flag to flag to pick up the win. However, Marvel wouldn’t do it without pressure from behind as he had a multi car battle between Geoff Carey, Ashely Merrit, and Jerry Baker brewing up behind him. But Marvel was able to keep cool, calm, and collective, and in doing so going home with the win on Norris Bryan Memorial night.

In the Street Stock’s division, it would be “survival of the fittest as the newly developed class at Delaware International saw some bumps and bruises in their feature. It would be Rick Loveland starting on the pole, but before ever taking the green flag track crews spotted a large amount of water dumping out of his machine. Loveland was told by the track via the one-way communication system, but he decided to charge on. That determination worked for 11 laps, but would end up one lap shy of the victory for Loveland. Bryan Brobst, would have the same mentality as Loveland as he tried to keep going after cutting down a tire on lap one, but eventually bowing out on lap four. That left Shawn Smith the lone shark left on the surface as he came from last to first to win the twelve-lap Street Stock feature on Norris Bryan Memorial night.
