TRENT WILLEY SCORES FIRST WIN OF SEASON IN AC DELCO MODS
The AC Delco PSC Modified 15-lap feature went caution free. Dwayne Crockett led the first lap before Trent Willey drove by on the outside to take the point on lap two. Westley Smith followed into the second spot dropping Crockett to third. By halfway Willey was comfortably out front with Smith solidly in second and Crockett third. Jordan Watson was up to fourth from ninth and Bryan Brasure held fifth.
Willey was flawless in traffic through the second half of the feature. Smith was able to close in the final few laps but Willey would make no mistakes to take his first checkered of the season. Smith turned in a personal best in second with Watson ending up in third. Fourth went to Crockett and Brasure rounded out the top five. Heats were won by Cameron Bellinger and Watson.
