County Line Roars Back to Life August 8

Elm City, NC – After taking a weekend off, County Line Raceway in Elm City roars back to life this Saturday night kicking off an action packed month of racing at the 3/8ths mile clay oval on Stagecoach Road. Saturday night the local stars of the Super Stock Four Cylinder division will headline the weekly racing series presented by Lee Motor Group. Four other divisions will keep fans on the edge of their seats featuring the Late Models, ARCO Restoration Limited Sportsman, Pure Stock V-8, and DRU Auto Sales and Service Pure Stock Four Cylinders. Pit gates open at 4:00, grandstands at 5:00 and cars hit the track at 7:30. Grandstand admission is $15 for adults, $5 for kids 11-15 and free for children 10 & under.

Next Saturday night, August 15 the track will bring back the Open Wheel Modified division as they battle for a $1,000 first place prize alongside the Pure Stock V-8 division vying for a $400 winner’s purse. The track will close out the month on August 22nd when the drivers of the DRU Auto Sales & Service Pure Stock Four Cylinder division headline the show when $400 will be awarded to the winner.
