Chick Prepared for JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Event at Auto City Speedway

Inside Line Promotions – DE SOTO, Kan. (Aug. 1, 2018) – Mandy Chick had plenty of time to prepare for this weekend’s action at Auto City Speedway in Clio, Mich., with the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour after being sidelined for the last month because of canceled and postponed events.

“I think the month of preparation to get our cars ready is great and just what we needed,” she said. “We have worked hard to get the cars set up for Auto City and I’m looking forward to going back there.”

Chick endured mechanical problems and was forced to a backup car at the track last year. The team made the right adjustments and Chick overcame the struggle to rally for a seventh-place finish.

“We had a really good run there last year despite the mechanical problems,” she said. “I’m hoping we can get another good finish and continue our championship battle. I’ve been going over all my notes from last year and preparing myself. Auto City is a very technical track so I’m hoping that I can pick up the track and the racing line pretty quick and we can have a solid weekend.”

Chick enters this weekend ranked third in the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour championship standings.
