Update from the Legend's Shop: 9/25/19
The 2019 INEX state and national points come to a close October 5th. Our race at Cordele September 28th will be the last race scheduled in Georgia that will award INEX championship points for 2019. We hope you are making plans to attend as the events at Cordele recently have been enjoyed by all. Gates open Saturday at 3:00 and the drivers meeting is scheduled for 5:00.
Also keep in mind our 2019 Road Races will begin Saturday October 26th. We will race on the full course here at AMS and the following weekend will find us at Atlanta Motorsport Park in Dawsonville for the legends Road Course World Finals. The Bandolero cars are included in the program on Sunday November 3rd which is also the day for the Legends Championship feature events.
FYI, the gear rule for all Bandolero cars on the road course in Atlanta and also at Dawsonville is a 14-62 or a 15-67. The Rookie class will also race with the red restrictor plate at both tracks. We also have a Road Course driving school scheduled for October 20th at AMS which will give our new drivers and teams a chance for some track time ahead of the following weekend races here. The school is full and has many new 1st time drivers that will be taking to the track. Seems as if we have lots of interest and new drivers coming into the series and that will make our program even better as we start making plans for next year.
