Update from the Legend's Shop: 11/11/2019
The weather is looking good for our November 15th and 16th races at Lanier National Speedway. As you may know this track is just across from the entrance to Road Atlanta and has been setting idle from Legend and Bandolero racing for several years. Over the past Lanier was one of the favorite tracks in the south for our INEX racers and we certainly look forward to having you with us this weekend.
The Lanier event will also be our Team Challenge event for 2019 so get your team together and give us a call with the drivers from each division. With this event just around the corner and with our successful World Finals event from a week ago at Atlanta Motorsport Park in Dawsonville, we are closing in on a record for entries filed within a single year of INEX racing in Georgia.
We recently had a road course driving school and had more interest in it that than we have ever had for any school in the past. We have a ¼ mile school on the 2020 schedule for January 1st and it also is pretty much filled. That is a good indication for excellent car count as we move into 2020 and I predict another great year for INEX racing in Georgia next year.
After the Lanier event this weekend we will have one more event left of the 2019 schedule. Our December Road Course event here at the speedway will call for double features and also the year ending Banquet that Saturday afternoon. We appreciate all of the participation from each of you this year and look forward to the season ending events at Lanier and AMS.
Our 2020 racing schedule is complete and will be available within a few days. Hopefully I can hand out copies at the Lanier event this weekend. Give us a call if we can help in any way and remember we are always open to your comments and suggestions…
