Podium finish at Friendship Motor Speedway

Saturday night found Big Frog Motorsports pilot Ross Bailes in action at Friendship Motor Speedway (Elkin, N.C.) for the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series sanctioned program. Timing in fifth fastest overall in a field of 28 cars, Bailes locked into the fifth-starting position for the $4,000-to-win A-Main. Improving two spots in the 40-lap affair, Ross notched a third-place finish, trailing Daulton Wilson and Jeff Smith across the line. Trent Ivey and Matthew Nance completed the Top-5 finishers.
