Chatham triumph gives Jon Mitchell first win of the season

On Saturday afternoon Jon Mitchell invaded Chatham Speedway (Chatham, La.) piloting his Healthcare Express No. 5 Late Model for the Firecracker. Starting the night off with a heat race victory, Mitchell locked into the pole position for the main event. Leading flag-to-flag, Jon cruised to his first win of the season over Bubba Mullins and Brandon Hightower to capture the $5,000 payday.
