Jeff Taylor attends IMCA Super Nationals at Boone

Jeff Taylor trekked to Boone Speedway (Boone, Iowa) on Wednesday afternoon to kick off the 39th annual IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s General Stores. With a massive field of 221 Modifieds on hand for preliminary action, Jeff edged his way into the A-Main with the second-and-final transfer spot in his heat race. Passing 10 cars in the 25-lap feature, Taylor recorded a 20th-place outing.

On Thursday evening, Taylor’s sixth-to-second run in his heat race promoted him into the feature. Losing eight spots in the 26-lap affair, Jeff recorded a 22nd-place outing. He also recorded a sixth-place finish in his Race of Champions heat race.

Starting in eighth in his heat race on Friday, Jeff logged an eighth-place finish, bringing an early end to his night.

Rolling off sixth in his Last Chance heat race on Saturday afternoon, Taylor recorded a fifth-place finish, ending his weekend early.
