Roland attends Independence Shootout at Senoia Raceway
Will Roland made his lone holiday weekend start on Saturday afternoon at Senoia Raceway (Senoia, Ga.) for the co-sanctioned Independence Shootout with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series and Ultimate Super Late Model Series.
With a stacked 39-car field present, Roland was relegated to a B-Main after a sixth-place in his heat where he would nab the final feature transfer spot. With $10,000 on the line, Will was an early retiree from the 50-lap main event.
