Great Night at Boyd Raceway
Kamera raced her #62k sport mod at Boyd Raceway on Friday night. It was one of her best races this season. She started on the pole. Kamera led over half the race. After a late caution, she was able to finish in a strong 3rd place.
Saturday night Kamera took her #62k sport mod to Kennedale Speedway Park. There were over 30 cars. She had to run in the "B" main in order to qualify for the feature. Kamera was able to place 3rd in the "B" main that secured her a spot in the "A" main. Starting in the middle of the field, she drove a strong race - keeping in the top 10. Late in the race her LF tire was cut-down, forcing her to the hot pits. Kamera was able to get back on the track before the green flag waved. Having to start in the back, she was still able to finish in place 14.
