Ivey Suffers Computer Crash in iRacing Invitational

As the season delay continues due to the rise of the Coronavirus, Trent Ivey hopped behind the wheel of his virtual Late Model on Monday night at Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, North Carolina) for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model iRacing Invitational. In a stout field of 43 cars, Trent followed up the second fastest lap overall in time trials with an 8-lap heat race victory. Slated to start the $1,000-to-win A-Main in second, Ivey suffered computer issues as the field went green that prevented him from completing a lap.
