Driver Information

Year 2004, Kolt decided to higher educate himself with the sprint car racing as he took time out of the seat to crew chief ASCS sprint car driver Gary Lee Maier, and then on to lead mechanic for World of Outlaw Star Joey Saldana in 2005. Year 2006 brought more advanced changes, as Kolt found himself front-end mechanic for Champ Car World Series Team Forsythe Championship Racing. Not only working with top drivers such as Paul Tracy, AJ Allmendinger, Buddy Rice, Orial Servia, James Hinchcliffe, and Andreas Wirth, but Kolt took his time away from the road coarses to compete in selected USAC dirt sprint cars.

In 2008, Kolt made the move back to his home State of Texas where he established his own team “Kolt Walker Racing“. Kolt knew being a team owner would be another stepping stone to achieve his ultimate career goal in life. That goal being to race full time professionally in the ASCS and World of Outlaw Sprint Car Series.
