Bio: Davey had another great season in 2014, finishing fifth in KCCS standings in arguably the most competitive 410 class in history. He took home the "Lyle Boyd Hard Charger Award" for passing the most cars in feature events. In 2013, he racked up his fourth career feature win here and finished fourth in points. He came within an eyelash of a track championship here in 2012. The popular young driver from Minnesota did all he could by winning the feature on Season Championship night, but came up a few points short.

Davey’s steady progression has earned him fans both at Knoxville and across the country. In 2011 and 2012, he qualified for the Knoxville Nationals final on the strength of second place finishes on his qualifying nights. It’s only a matter of time before this third generation driver adds his name to the list of champions in the Midwest.
