JGM welcomes Victory Fun Park back in '24
Jimmy Gray Motorsports and driver Jim Gray are excited to announce that JGM and Victory Fun Park in Lewisburg, Tenn., will continue their partnership in 2024.
“We were looking for someone to partner with last season and were fortunate enough to connect with Don Kania and his wife Sally at Victory Fun Park,” said car owner Robert Holman. “Not only do they have a great family-oriented business there in Lewisburg, but Don loves racing and both he and Sally understand the sport and what it takes to be successful. We won one race and had 10 top-five finishes in 19 races last season. Thanks to their help we’ll be able to enter more events this season and we look forward to even more success.”
Victory Fun Park, featuring the only outdoor mini golf course and batting cages in southern Middle Tennessee, is located across from Wendy’s on the Lewisburg bypass just 20 minutes from Duck River Raceway Park. The miniature golf course is “challenging enough for adults but fun for kids” and competitors can keep score with a downloadable app on their smartphone. There are two automated batting cages, each with dual pitching machines for baseball or softball. Enjoy water wars with their ultimate water balloon game or dig into a cup of delicious shaved ice. The entire facility is wheelchair and stroller accessible and free WiFi is available. Victory Fun Park also has a party room, as well as an outdoor patio and gazebo.
Jimmy Gray Motorsports is a family-operated Dirt Late Model race team based in Lynchburg, Tenn. Jim Gray is a second-generation driver continuing the family tradition started in 1969 when Jim's father Jimmy Gray began racing at Middle Tennessee bullrings. Since then, the team has amassed more than 125 overall victories and a track championship at Winchester (Tenn.) Speedway ('04). Jim has competed at 31 tracks in 11 states since beginning his racing career in 2002. He has three career victories: a lone Super Late Model victory at River Valley Speedway (now ECM Speedway) in Arkadelphia, Ala., and a pair of Crate Late Model wins at Clarksville (Tenn.) Speedway.
