Driver Information
David did not grow up in a racing family, but he was born with a passion for racing. David's dad discovered a local dirt track and the family went to watch the races one night in the summer of 2019. Someone at that race happened to have a racing kart for sale, and the rest is history...
He raced the 2020 season in a Mighty Kart, quickly finding his groove and ending the season as the points champion. In 2021, he moved up to a Junior Sprint. He had a solid season, then really made big leaps in 2022 during his second Junior Sprint season, where he was recognized for several achievements at the end of the year. In 2023, he made the move to a Restricted 600 Micro Sprint. The learning curve was steep for both David and his “pit crew" (parents), but he continued to learn and improve, ending the season as the NOW600 Ark-La-Tex Region Restricted Rookie of the Year.
The team is currently gearing up for another season in the Restricted Micro class, focusing on more learning and some traveling.
