In reflection, I suppose that any evening that you roll the car back into the trailer in same condition & you rolled it out would be considered a good evening of racing. I'm not that guy, sorry. I have had the satisfaction of racing & winning and this "making laps" has to go! Enough of running laps in the back of field. Now don't get me wrong, I won't be doing anything stupid, we just need to step up the program and get competitive. And I don't mean tomorrow :). After practice we thought we had a car that could compete, after running hot laps, now we are in trouble, started making changes, not to drastic, qualify - YUK! Car is so loose and absolutely no forward bite. More changes, heat race - start in the back and still not enough, they didn't laps us but not right!
Main - more changes and thats it I have nothing let to give it, forward bite is now there, but they are running the top and I just can't keep up, apex car cuts loose and hard to reel it back. Keep our noses clean and finish the race all in one piece. Time to take it home clean & maintenance & reevaluate. Then we are off to Tuscon.
