Many Eagle Motorsports teams celebrated victories this weekend while honoring influential members of the open wheel community. Tony Bruce Jr. took the One8 Eagle to the checkers on the first night of the Jesse Hockett Memorial at Lucas Oil Speedway. Jody Rosenboom won the JSTS Loren Barstad Memorial Race at Jackson Speedway. Zach Daum continued his championship charge with POWRi at the Charlene Meents Memorial at Belle-Clair Speedway. Daum has six victories in the 27 POWRi features, four of the last seven. Wes Wofford claimed his first win at Las Cruces after moving to an Eagle car in recent weeks. Champions continue to be crowned as the season concludes. AG Rains won at I-30, clinching the Interstate Series Championship. Lorne Wofford earned two titles at Southern New Mexico Speedway and El Paso.
