Nate's ninth place standing in points in 2018 earned him Rookie of the Year honors in the 360 class. He came back with solid years in 2019 and 2020. He grabbed his first podium finish at Knoxville, as well as a quick time in finishing a career-best eighth in the points in 2021.

No stranger to racing, Nate has climbed the ranks since the young age of seven. Starting in Outlaw Dirt Karts, he ran English Creek Speedway weekly. Nate also traveled outside the state to compete at special events when his schedule allowed. He then joined the Iowa Micro Sprint Series based out of Iowa, and competed with them full-time until 2016. With numerous track championships and wins, Nate turned his focus to a 305 RaceSaver Sprint Car in 2016. While Nate still had success in the few Micro Sprint events he ran in 2016, he also found success his rookie Sprint Car season with a 7th place in overall track points in Des Moines.
