I am from New Albany, Indiana. My dad Bill Hines Sr. Starting building car in the late sixties. I have been going to my local track Sportsdrome Speedway, since I was a little guy! I started my racing career in 2000 an have multiple heat and feature win. I love racing it is a big part of my life.
