The beginning stages in Karting!

Garett Goodwin started his racing career when he was 7 years old. He started racing open wheeled go-karts. In 2002, he finished 7th place in the MRP Motorsports championship in the JR Sportsman class. In 2003, He finished 8th in the MRP Motorsports in the JR sportsman class. In 2004, He finished 6th in the championship at MRP Motorsports. In the 2005 season, Garett finished with 4 second place finishes and won the 2005 Most Improved JR driver and he finished 3rd in the points.

After Karting, Garett has raced in many different style of cars and series including Mini Cups, Legends Cars, ASA Midwest Tour Trucks, Asphalt Super Late Models, Limited Late Models, and now 600cc Micro Sprint Cars!
