Hillbilly Bracket Bash Shootout Lists and Contests Announced

Hillbilly Bracket Bash-Important Information Including Contests for this year!
Friday gates will open at 12. Test and Tune runs will be available for Hillbilly entries only from 1-6 pm. If you want to test and tune you will need to purchase a test and tune tech card for $30.
If you have entered one of the shootouts you do NOT have to purchase a test and tune tech card, you will get 1 time run starting at 6 pm. This is included with your $100 entry.
If you want to make additional test runs besides the 1 time run for the shootout you will need to purchase the test and tune tech card.
When you enter Friday you will need to purchase your weekend entry at the front ticket booths.
Gates will open Saturday and Sunday morning at 9 am for daily entries. All drivers will get 1 time run on Saturday before eliminations. New entries only will get 1 time run on Sunday.
Spectator entry is $20/day or $50/weekend. Top Eliminator Weekend entry $295 ($195 1-day) and Mod/Footbrake $195 weekend ($125 1-day) and Jr Dragster $75 weekend ($50 1-day). Additional information on the attached flyer.
If time permits, there will be a pit vehicle race Saturday after the race is completed. $20 entry with $10 buy back.
We will have food vendors, ice cream and will be selling track pizza and fountain soda in the concession building.
We will be holding the first “Hillbilly Teef Contest”…all drivers will receive a bag of gifts and promotional items. In 12 of those bags will be a set of Hillbilly Teef (teeth), if your bag contains the Teef you will be invited to compete against the other 11 participants. The fans will decide who “wears the Hillbilly Teef” the best and will win a crisp $100. Only drivers participating in the Hillbilly races can wear the Teef to enter the contest! The contest will be held Saturday night along with the pit vehicle race.
We will also be holding the first “Hillbilly Golf Cart Decorating Contest” with winners receiving various prizes from cash to gift cards. Get looking online or Pinterest for ideas. (a few ideas are attached)
Even if you don’t race, come out Saturday and hang out with us for the race and contests to follow. If you cannot make it to the track the race will be streamed on Saturday and Sunday on Diamond State Digital.
TOP 64 Car Shootout List; driver's you can begin making payments. Any payment not received by midnight Sunday (6/23) will result in an alternate being placed in your spot. Alternates do not have to pay at this time. We will let you know if you are moving into a spot.
