Tulsa Raceway Park & Tulsa Speedway - Immediate Hires: Groundskeeper and Concessions

Tulsa Raceway Park and Tulsa Speedway are in search of a Full-Time Grounds Keeper and Concession Stand Workers for the 2024 Season.
Do you take pride in the appearance of the track?

We have a packed schedule and look to hire a Full-Time Grounds Keeper.
In addition to great pay, this position will receive access to events held at the track for themselves and a friend!
Responsible for insuring the Drag and Dirt Tracks are properly maintained for racing and parking.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Upkeep of the Race Track – Operate tractors on both tracks with specific equipment between daily races and as needed to prepare/insure safe conditions for the racers to use the tracks
Operate company equipment including water truck and motor grader as needed to maintain the dirt track.
Maintain mowing, weeding and hedge maintenance.
Assist other Team Members with duties.
All other duties as assigned.

Concession Worker Position: Call/Text Vicky: 918-706-8850
Part-Time openings to fit all schedules. Racing most weekends.
Duties:

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately process customer orders and payments
• Prepare and serve a variety of food items, such as hot dogs, popcorn, nachos, and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the concession stand, including food preparation areas, equipment, and dining areas
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as cutting vegetables or assembling food trays
• Help maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Follow all safety and health regulations in accordance with the food industry standards
  Experience:
• Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred but not required
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Knowledge of culinary techniques is a plus but not necessary.
