Sprint Cars return Friday
by John Rittenoure - TULSA, Okla. (July 12, 2021) - Champ / 305 Sprint Cars return when racing resumes at Tulsa Speedway on Friday.
Jimmy Forrester won the champ sprint season opener on June 25 and leads Josh Tyre in the points race.
USRA Modifieds (A-Mods) will make their debut on and will be joined by Factory Stocks, Mini Stocks and Junior Mini Stocks. Dalton Garrison of Collinsville leads the factory stock points race and will be gunning for a third straight victory on Friday. Adrien Hickman of Bixby outran Broken Arrow’s Wesley Knebel when the mini stocks last raced on June 25 and leads the points race.
Pits open at 4 p.m. Friday. Grandstands open at 5. The first green flag waves at 7:45.
