Minor Release Form
It is REQUIRED to have it notarized. You can go to your bank and get it notarized for free. We will try our best to have a notary present at the track but without that your children will NOT be able to be in the pits. You must have one form filled out for EACH child!! This includes VISITORS, not just racing families.
