Take 2 for IMCA Frostbuster This Friday at Jackson Motorplex

Inside Line Promotions – JACKSON, Minn. (May 1, 2017) – Warmer temperatures are on the way for Jackson Motorplex as the half-mile dirt oval attempts to kick off the 2017 season this weekend for the second week in a row.

The IMCA Frostbuster is now a one-day event that will showcase the Minnesota West – Jackson Campus IMCA a mods, Bohl’s Small Engine IMCA sport mods, IMCA stock cars, Fairmont Awards IMCA hobby stocks and IMCA sport compacts on Friday.

The event will pay $1,000 to win and $75 to start for the Minnesota West – Jackson Campus IMCA a mods; $600 to win and $50 to start for the Bohl’s Small Engine IMCA sport mods; $500 to win and $50 to start for the IMCA stock cars; $400 to win and $40 to start for the Fairmont Awards IMCA hobby stocks and $100 to win the IMCA sport compacts main event.

The Minnesota West – Jackson Campus IMCA a mods, Bohl’s Small Engine IMCA sport mods, and Fairmont Awards IMCA hobby stocks are all racing for track points.

The pits are scheduled to open at 4 p.m. with the front gates opening at 5 p.m. and racing at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $15 for adults, $5 for students ages 13 to 18 and free for children ages 12 and younger. Pit passes are $30. Jackson Motorplex is offering a Family Pass, which includes two adults and up to three students, for only $33.
