Championship Week at LoneStar Speedway
By DarinShort.com (Kilgore, TX) -- Race fans and drivers throughout the region have been commenting on how fantastic the racing at LoneStar Speedway has been, and THIS Saturday night, November 10th at 6pm, fans will be treated to a huge doubleheader with the ELITE NON-WINGED SPRINT SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP and LONESTAR SPEEDWAY SEASON CHAMPIONSHIPS.
Reminder, START TIME, Saturday November 10th is 6PM. The sun will go down shortly before hot laps, thus, the change in start times from 7pm to 6pm.
The Pit Gate will open by 3pm, while the main grandstand area will open by 5pm. The driver's draw cut-off for heat races is 5:30, with a driver's meeting set for 5:45pm. Hot laps will fire off at 6pm with racing to follow immediately.
Adult grandstand general admission (ages 12-64) to this jam-packed event is just $15! Ages 6-11 are $5, while ages 65+ and military will be $12. And grandstand ticket can be upgraded to the reserved season (bucket seats) for $5/ticket. All pit passes for all ages are $35.
PLUS, we are offering our popular 'Family Pack' of grandstand tickets, which includes (2) Adult tickets (ages 12 & up) plus up to (4) kid’s tickets (ages 11 and under) - all for just $30...a potential savings of $20!
A great field of non-winged Sprint Car teams can be expected for this event, including: Paul White, Tyson Hall, Craig Oakes, Mark Klis, Justin Zimmerman, David Jones, Jason Tyler, Johnny Miller, Richard Miller, Scott Evans, Nathan Moore, JD Fry, Chris Clark, Josh Hanna, Dalton Stevens, Sam Stockton, TJ Herrell, Kevin Reed, Tommy Hall, Randy Henderson, Christian Moore, Dustin Welch - plus a host of regional 'invaders' will attempt to upset the 'elite.'
A great competitor purse is slated, and the breakdown is as follows:
ELITE SPRINT CARS, 25 LAPS: $1,000/win - $600 - $500 - $350 - $300 - $250 - $200…to start. All sprint car NQ's or Non-Starters will receive $100. Click www.facebook.com/EliteSprints for all Series information.
RACEceivers and Westhold transponders are required for all divisions (except the 4-Cyl, RACEceivers only). $15 transponder rentals are available at the track.

MODIFIED FEATURE PAYBACK: $1,200 - $600 - $450 - $350 - $250 - $200 - $180 - $160 - $140 - $120 - $120 - $120 - $120 - $100...to start. All Modified NQ's or Non-Starters $50.
LIMITED MODIFIED FEATURE PAYBACK: $700 - $400 - $300 - $200 - $180 - $160 - $140 - $120 - $100 - $80 - $60...to start. All Limited Modified NQ's or Non-Starters $30.
FACTORY STOCK FEATURE PAYBACK: $500 - $300 - $200 - $180 - $160 (5th) - $140 - $120 - $100 - $80 - $80 - $60 - $40...to 20th. All Factory Stock NQ's or Non-Starters $20.
FWD 4-Cylinders: $200 - $150 - $120 - $100 - $80 - $70 - $60 - $50 - $40...to 20th.
No outside food/drink coolers are allowed inside; a full selection of economically priced food concessions, including beer, are available.
