Buford Best NOW600 Ark-La-Tex Region at Thunder Valley Speedway

GLENMORA, La. (May 17, 2020) - Weldon Buford bested a field of 24 cars on Saturday night to pick up the NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division Ark-La-Tex Region at Thunder Valley Speedway in Glenmora, Louisiana.

Rolling from the outside front row, Weldon captured the 25 lap feature event. Mike Walling crossed in the second spot with Chelby Hinton rounding out the podium. Fourth went to Chase Lejeane from 12th and Chase Cook from 15th made up the top five.

Kamirin Cook was sixth. Sevent h went to Patrick Lundy. Maverick Elkins was eighth with Chris Russell and Matt Ebarb the top ten.

Jacob Lucas, Mike Walling and Weldon Buford each picked up a heat win.

The Ark-La-Tex Region of the National Open Wheel 600 Series returns to action on Saturday, May 23 at 105 Speedway in Cleveland, TX.
