Get set up early for with IMCA license and MyRacePass Info for 2023 Winter Nationals
We are a week away from practice night for the 2023 Playa Azul Seypet Resorts IMCATV Winter Nationals powered by YUMA INSURANCE, INC and RV World Recreation Vehicle Center!
A few last housekeeping notes to make everything go smoother at Check-In on the first day of racing.
If you have not bought your 2023 License, please do so at https://imcaracing.formtitan.com/7992055a1521052607471#/ . Licenses are MANDATORY!
Transponder Location: Remember each class has a specific place where transponders must be mounted now, please make sure your transponder is mounted in the correct location. Rules can be seen at https://www.imca.com/rules/.
You should recieve a Drivers Packet when you arrive at the back gate. The drivers packet has the track rules, the format and other useful information. You will need to sign that you recieved and read the packet and fill out the W9 in the packet.
On the first day of racing, please bring the front page of the Drivers Packet filled out and the W9 in the packet filled out to check in along with your MyLaps Transponder (If it is Hard Wired, we just need the number), 2023 IMCA License Confirmation and your MyRacePass Hard Card (Pictured Below), or have your hard card pulled up on the App on your phone . If you do not have a MyRacePass Hard Card, we will get you one.
We will also have Transponders available for rent. They will be $20 per day, and must be returned each night for charging.
By doing all this and being prepared, the Check In Line should move rather smoothly. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
