Rough track conditions result in early exit at Charlotte

With Covid-19 restrictions postponing the Can-Am World Finals to 2021, Shane Clanton was one of 55 World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series entries on hand at the Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, N.C.) on Wednesday afternoon for the Last Call. Recording a fifth place finish in his heat race, Clanton transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the opening night feature. Locking in the Top 2, Shane fell short with an eighth place outing.

He was one of five cars that packed up on Wednesday and headed home.
