MILITARY & FIRST RESPONDER NIGHT FOR TRIPLE CROWN FINALE ON TAP AT PPMS
Imperial, PA (September 6, 2023) For Immediate Release
Join us at Dirt’s Monster Half Mile this Saturday, September 9, 2023, for Military and First Responder Night who will receive free grandstand admission with proper ID. The event is headlined by the final round of the Hobby Stock Stephen W. Johnson Memorial Triple Crown Series, presented by All Ways Safe Flagging and Traffic Control and driven by Fuel Required for the 3rd Annual Josh Langer Memorial.
If Stephen Shelpman or Logan Koteles win, they'll earn their respective "Double Up Bonus" as part of the triple crown series. However, this bonus also serves as a BOUNTY! If any other driver wins this race, they'll earn the extra $250 for themselves. This makes the total winners share $1,361!
Also on the card for the TMT Transportation Action Event are the Rohrich RUSH Dirt Late Models, the Penn Ohio Pro Stocks, the Crawford Auto Repair Four Cylinders, and the All Ways Safe Flagging And Traffic Control Young Guns.
Gates will open at 4 p.m. this Saturday, September 9th for a touch a truck, Chinese auction/basket raffle, a dunk tank, and bounce houses. How exciting!
At 6 p.m., warmups for all 5 divisions of racing will begin. All pre-race activities will continue until about 6:30 p.m.
A pre-race ceremony honoring our first responders is slated to begin at 6:50 p.m.
The Chinese auction/basket raffle will continue until approximately 8 p.m.
Our racing program will begin at 7 pm!
