IMPENDING RAIN CANCELS HOVIS RUSH LATE MODEL FLYNN'S TIRE TOUR "HERB SCOTT MEMORIAL" SATURDAY AT PITTSBURGH

(Imperial, PA)...After 12 consecutive events were completed to start the 2023 season, the Hovis Auto & Truck Supply RUSH Late Model Flynn's Tire Touring Series suffered its first rain out of the year on Saturday night. Impending rain during the evening hours caused the management of Pittsburgh's PA Motor Speedway to call off the "Herb Scott Memorial".
Up next for the Flynn's Tire Touring Series will be a pair of events next weekend. Friday night (July 21) will be at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pa. for the $3,000 to-win "RUSH Summer Showcase" followed up by Saturday night (July 22) in the first of two appearances at Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, WV. The Tour will try again at Pittsburgh on Saturday, August 5 for the "Jook George Steel City Classic".
