cheplic packing hobby stock series is up next at ppms

Imperial, PA

After being forced to cancel last Saturday, Dirt’s Monster Half-Mile is back in action this coming Saturday, May 14, 2002, with the Cheplic Packing Hobby Stock Series race #1 paying $500 to win. PPMS will also be featuring the Rohrich RUSH Late Model Dirt Series, the PPMS Penn Ohio Pro Stocks, the Crawford Auto Repair Four Cylinders, and the All Ways Safe Young Guns. The gates open at 5 p.m., hot laps begin at 6 p.m., and the racing action will commence at 7 p.m. Visit our schedule section for pricing and tickets. PPMS has a GPS address of 170 Kelso Rd, Imperial, PA, 15126, and is located just off of the Nobelstown Exit of 22/30. 

The divisional points leaders are all of the drivers that won during week one. They include Daryl Charlier (3RK), from Midway, for the Rohrich RUSH Dirt Late Models, Justin Shea (14), from Sharpsville, for the RUSH Sportsman Modifides, Matt Benard (15), from Oakdale, for the Cheplic Packing Hobby Stocks, Chris Schneider (55), from Lower Burrell, for the PPMS Penn Ohio Pro Stocks, Lucas Weaver (11W), from California, PA, in the Crawford Auto Repair Four-Cylinder Divison, and in the All Ways Safe Young Guns Division it was Emmerson Laboon (114), from Elizabeth. Matt Benard (15) and Lucas Weaver (11W) were both first-time winners. 

It was just announced that Lernerville TV will be broadcasting eight of the PPMS races this season starting on May 28 for the first Falconi 410 Outlaw Winged Sprint Car show of the season. Stay tuned for further details.
