Action Event, plus Berks $1 hot dogs, & Some Jook George Memorial Tune-Up Action Up Next At PPMS

Join us at PPMS this Saturday, August 1, 2020, for Berk’s $1 hot dog night with an Action Event featuring the RUSH Late Model Dirt Series, the RUSH Sportsman Modified Dirt Series, the PPMS Pro Stocks, the Keystone Coach Works Hobby Stocks, the Four-Cylinders, and the Young Guns. The gates open at 5 p.m., hot laps begin at 6 p.m., and the racing action will commence at 7 p.m. Visit the schedule section for pricing and tickets!

 

This Saturday night will be a RUSH Late Model Tune-up event for the August 8 "Jook George Steel City Classic" presented by Zarin Truck and Auto. The 25-lap feature will pay $1,000 to-win and will use the Touring Series format of qualifying, heads up heat race line-ups, and dash to determine the beginning of the feature lineup. 

 

The highest finisher that doesn't qualify for the feature next Saturday night will receive the provisional. 

 

Up to 32 starters in the feature. 

 

If over 24 Cars start the feature, drivers that cause 2 cautions will be sent to the pits.

 

Payoff: 1. $1000  2. $400  3. $250  4. $200  5. $150  6. $125  7. $120  8. $115  9. $110  10. $105  11-15. $100  16-20. $75  21-32. $50.

 

Regular pricing in effect plus $1 hot dogs. No entry fee. 

 

Last week's feature winner, Ben Policz, will start 12th at the next regular event.
