"Wing Fling" Rains Out

Rain and a poor forecast forced the cancellation of the Saturday night racing program at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway.  The victim of the rain was a visit by the 410 Outlaw Winged Sprints for the running of the “Fall Wing Fling.”

On Friday and Saturday, September 8 and 9, the TRAXXAS Monster Truck Destruction Tour will be visiting, in place of the weekly racing program.

Weekly racing returns on Saturday, September 16, as members of AAA will be guests of the speedway with discounted general admission for AAA Members.  The CarSmile Wiper Blades “Thunder on the Dirt” Vintage Racing Series and the Econo-Mod division will be visiting.  The Precise Racing Products RUSH Late Models will compete in their final Sizzler Series event.  There will be point racing for the Super6 Late Models, Miley Truck Rental Hobby Stocks, Imperial Heights Garage Young Guns, and CruiseAmerica Open Fours.
