12th Annual Pat Herrick Memorial Up Next at Tyler County Speedway
(Middlebourne, WV) Not sure if the groundhog meant six weeks of winter or six months but after a couple weeks of cooler than normal temperatures it appears Mother Nature may be ready to play nice. Be sure to join us this Saturday Night, April 16th for the 12th Annual Pat Herrick Memorial featuring the Steel Block Late Model Tour and paying $2,500 to win.
Join us as we pay tribute to past speedway great Pat Herrick as the fan favorite, Bullring of Honor member and first ever feature winner at Tyler County Speedway in 1974 is memorialized once again on this special night.
A full night of events will welcome race fans back to the ‘Bullring’ as in honor of our 48th season, every 48th person thru the general admission gate will receive FREE admission. Plus a huge ‘Easter Egg Hunt’ will thrill the kids prior to the evenings action getting underway. If that’s not enough how does ‘Dollar Dogs’ at the Bullring Bistro grab you?
A full schedule of action as the Steel Block Late Models highlight the card but will be followed by the McClinton Chevrolet Mitsubishi RUSH Late Models, Jenkins Auto Parts UMP Modifieds presented by J&R Excavating, Middlebourne Galaxy Food Center Sportmods, Sigler Fabrication EDGE Hotmods, Dual Threat Sport Cards SCDRA 4 Cylinders and Mini Wedges.
General admission is $15 with kids 10 and under FREE with Pit Admission priced at $30. Gates open at 3pm, Mini Wedges at 5pm, Drivers Meeting 5:30pm and Hotlaps/Qualifying to follow.
Tyler County Speedway is located 3 ½ miles south of Middlebourne, WV on State Route 18 at the Tyler County Fairgrounds approximately an hour from Wheeling, Clarksburg & Parkersburg.
