The Ohio Valley Speedway and the Tyler County Speedway is proud to offer racers and fans a family friendly weekly racing programs filled with decades of tradition, tremendous talent, terrific racing and many great special events. With steady growth over the years and continuing facility improvements a top priority at both venues, we are proud and grateful to host the best ‘Friday’ and ‘Saturday Night’ shows in the region.

Check out some of what we have to offer this season at two of the premier short track facilities in the Mid-Ohio Valley. We hope you’ll call the ‘VALLEY’ and ‘AMERICA’S BADDEST BULLRING’ home in 2021!

We are pleased to offer a few cool programs we feel will benefit the racers and the speedway. Please find below several opportunities to introduce your friends, family and neighbors to the great sport of dirt track racing!

BEAT THE CLOCK BONUS – Who’s got what it takes to take the weekly Beat the Clock Bonus Challenge? Run the quickest lap in your division during the 2021 season and reign supreme over your competitors. Starting in week 1, the challenge is on in all divisions that qualify, maintain quick time on the season (not track record) and receive a FREE Pit Pass each week until someone knocks you off the leaderboard.

FASTRAK: $50/ Name on Leaderboard/ Free Pit Pass until Beat
UMP Modified: $50/ Name on Leaderboard/ Free Pit Pass until Beat

Sportmod: $50/ Name on Leaderboard/ Free Pit Pass until Beat

STEEL BLOCK/525 BULLRING BONUS - This season all steel blocks/525’s will be awarded a weekly $150 bonus to the top finishing SB/525 in the Super Late Model feature. If the same driver wins it 2 weeks in a row, then the 3rd week you will be skipped over and can compete for it again the following week. This is to give more drivers an opportunity to win the bonus. ALL SB/525 MUST ALERT TRACK STAFF OF RUNNING A SB/525 AT REGISTRATION.

2021 Steel Block Late Model Specials on the 2021 Schedule Include:
4/17/21 Tyler 11th Annual Pat Herrick Memorial $2025 to win featuring the (Steel Block Late Model Series), join us for a special night in honor of a Bullring of Honor member and 1st LM feature winner in track history, Pat Herrick. Plus its a Hillbilly 50 Qualifier event as well.
5/14/21 OVS Topless Dirt Late Model Mania (Steel Block Late Model Series) $1,200 to win ‘Topless’ race.
6/11/21 OVS Drivers Appreciation Night (Steel Block Late Model Series) $2,000 to win to the division with most cars, 2nd highest runs for double start money.
9/3/21 Tyler Hillbilly 50 (Steel Block Late Model Series) $5,000 to win as part of the Hillbilly 100 weekend.
10/2/21 OVS Finale at the Valley (Steel Block Late Model Series) $1,200 to win

FEATURES GALORE BONUS - As we have done with the Hotmod division at Tyler over the years, anytime we break the 30 car mark we will break the field up and run two features with two payouts to encourage track support and feature laps for everyone. We will continue to offer the bonus at Tyler in the Hotmod division, and now the Sportmod and Bullring Bomber divisions in 2021. We will also be offering ‘Double Feature/Double Purse’ programs at the Valley for more than 30 cars in the Sportmod and SCDRA divisions in 2021. This applies to regular shows only and not special events.

RT2 RUMBLE BULLRING/OVS CHALLENGE – A fun two weekend, four race series challenging the best Super Late Model, UMP Modified and Sportmod race teams at the Bullring & The Valley in the appropriately dubbed RT2RUMBLE. Increased purses, winner trophies and multi-track bragging rights are on the line. Plus the top three in series points among each division will be honored at the annual Awards Banquet with trophies and Champions Jacket.

OTHER DOUBLE UP WEEKENDS – Make plans now to be part of several ‘Double Up’ Weekends between the two neighboring tracks. From Big Block Modifieds, to the best open wheel mods on the planet, to a huge Sportmod Battle Royale weekend, to a weekend visit by the Valvoline Iron-Man Series for a pair of awesome Super Late Model specials and dual ‘Hillbilly Qualifier’ weekends.
Apr. 30-May 1 BRP Big Block Modified Tour – Catch PA’s behemoth big block mods invade the ‘Valley’ for the first time as part of a 2 day WV swing.
June 18-19 Renegades of Dirt Modified Tour Friday Night $2,000 MEGA 100 Front Row Challenge at OVS; Saturday Night $10,000 to win 7th Annual MEGA 100 at Tyler
July 9-10 Sportmod OVS/Bullring Battle Royale $2,500 to win each night!
July 16-17 Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Series $5,000 to win ‘Valley of Legends’ at OVS; $5,000 to win 33rd Annual Earl Hill Memorial at Tyler
Aug. 21/27 Hillbilly Qualifiers will be up for grabs at Tyler on 8/21 and the Valley on 8/27.

CAR SHOW/SCHOOL VISIT PROGRAM - Just let us know you are displaying your car at a sponsor location, car show, or school and we will provide you with a few complimentary race tickets and event schedules to giveaway to help spread the word.

BACKPACK/BICYCLE GIVEAWAY/ TOYS FOR TOTS NIGHT- Your participation is greatly appreciated on these nights as we roll out the carpet for the younger generation. We encourage drivers/teams to help us put a smile on a young race fans face with a new backpack, bicycle or toy as we help build race fans of tomorrow on behalf of the speedway, drivers, local businesses and other speedway supporters.

AUTOGRAPH NIGHTS – Get those Hero cards made and sharpies ready as you’ll want to be sure to not miss the popular Autograph Nights at both speedways as its always a fan favorite among the young and old. ‘Selfie Autograph Night’ at the Valley is on Friday Night, May 7th with ‘Meet Your Hero Autograph Night’ at the Bullring on Saturday, May 15th.

SEASON ENDING SPECIALS – Both speedways will close the 2021 season in grand fashion as on Labor Day weekend, Sept. 3-5th America’s Oldest Dirt Late Model major event, the 53rd Annual HILLBILLY 100 will rock the Mountain State and Tyler County Speedway for 3 days of fun, camping, huge purse money and can’t miss racing action. The action will close at the Ohio Valley Speedway on Saturday Night, October 2nd with the traditional fan favorite FINALE AT THE VALLEY! A huge way to close out the season with extra purse money up for grabs in the Super Lates, Steel Block Late Model Series, UMP Modifieds, Sportmods, SCDRA and featuring the season ending point championship event for the OVSCA 410 Sprint Cars.
